We’re most proud to have helped some of the most recognised global brands to bring their high potential people from Black, Asian and other minoritised backgrounds on a shared learning and mutually enriching journey with senior leaders from White ethnicity backgrounds. As the Black, Asian and other minoritised staff learned about how to effectively navigate their career growth and progression, the White senior leaders learned about how to be more culturally competent in their leadership approaches. And all the while, trusting relationships were being organically forged between the groups, further strengthening empathy and advocacy, which are key ingredients for developing positive workplace cultures in a globalised world. Not only that, over 80% of the participants from Black, Asian and other minoritised backgrounds successfully secured a higher position within 8 months of the learning journey being run.
