Unconscious Bias Demystified
A DEI learning journey developed to equip learners with a mid-level understanding of DEI, understanding of the role of unconscious/implicit bias and how to manage it, understanding of micro-behaviours (micro-inequities and micro-aggressions) and how to stamp them out from the workplace, and developing the knowhow to model inclusive behaviours such as micro-affirmation and calling out unwanted/inappropriate conduct.
